Keeping an eye on your company's security just got easier, because we have added team access to A42 Recon+Exposure platform.
Until now the platform was tied to a single account, which created an artificial bottleneck. All the information about threats went through one person. This slowed down communication and delayed fixes. Now the whole team shares access, so everyone can focus on their own part of the work. Everything related to teamwork lives in the Team tab.
How to set it up:
- Create a shared space. Open your profile settings, go to the Team tab, and enter your company name.
- Invite your colleagues. In the Invite Employee section, enter the person's email. They receive an invitation and join your organization once they accept. By default, every new member gets full access to the platform. If you need to narrow that down, create a role and assign it. The account that created the organization gets the Owner role: it always has full access, and that cannot be changed.
- Set up roles and permissions. Role-based access control (RBAC) lets you decide what each member can see and do, module by module. For example, a developer works with vulnerability results while billing and team settings stay out of reach. In the Roles section, create a role and choose one of three levels for each module: None (no access), View (read only), or View + actions (read plus the ability to make changes, such as starting a scan). Changes take effect immediately, with no need to sign out or be re-invited.
